The rolled edges give it that soft, worn-in look right out of the wash. My son actually keeps it on because the cotton is so light, and the red buttons are a fun little detail he likes. True to size too.

Bought this for my daughter and the deep red buttons are such a nice touch, they look almost vintage. The cotton is light enough that she wears it over dresses in summer without getting sweaty. Those little pockets are already stuffed with acorns.

The tomato-red color is even prettier in person, and the rolled edges give it that soft, hand-me-down feel right out of the bag. My daughter refuses to take it off, and the little pockets are perfect for her pebbles. Washes up fine, too.
